Lunch:
(in the new/used cast-iron pan)
Saute some chopped garlic
Add sliced mushrooms
Chopped asparagus
Soy sauce
Oregano
Can of white beans
Fry up until veggies are soft yet not mushy. Serve over rice.
Soy delicious.
